Everything. This was a great role to learn many different useful skills I can take into future professions.
What I wish was different
Nothing. This was one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for. Enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t change it for the world.
Advice
Flexibility is the key to many different things, including running an overnight camp. I learned that being flexible with every scenario with ease the stress of most people, while also forcing you to be creative.

The people you meet there are so amazing. All the administration was super nice and supportive and they internally develop all their employees.
What I wish was different
I wish the facilities were better but I understand why they were in the condition they were.
Advice
Be ready to work long hours and not have a consistent schedule.

What I liked
I loved that I was able to go somewhere new where I did not know anyone. I was able to create new relationships with people from all around the world and learn about their cultures. I was able to work directly under a nurse and learn new skills and practice my skills as a nursing student and a Certified Nursing Assistant. I was able to learn more about the pediatric population in a fun environment.
What I wish was different
This experience was awesome and I could not have asked for a better experience.
Advice
Be open to new experiences and meeting new people. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and make the most out the experience. Being flexible is the best advice I got before going.
