Great experience and Summer job that allowed me to learn many different skills in leadership and management. It is very fast paced and never boring, always had something to do. Dealing with children and young adults with a large spectrum of different personalities allows you to grow you own communication skills.
What I wish was different
Nothing really, I throughly enjoyed the experience.
Advice
Be prepared to work and be tired, however, it is a very rewarding job and allows you plenty of opportunity to learn new things.
