Camp Kweebec is a magical place. It reminds you how to be a kid again and that’s what I loved most about my experience. My greatest advice towards anyone considering becoming an overnight camp counselor is to go into the job with purpose and a goal to make a difference. Camp is full of traditions and people sometimes don’t like to see change, but after my experience at Camp Kweebec I’ve learned that relationships and trust with your campers are everything. If they trust you they will follow.
