I enjoyed working with a large group of kids and have a small group of staff to help me make the summer go as smoothly as possible. It was nice to be able to participate in activities and work outdoors all day.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a better communication system between higher ups and our level of leadership. We needed more time to train and develop the new staff member in a more efficient and organized way.
Advice
Don't take anything to seriously and just have fun.
