What I liked

The best part of working at Camp Crosley was the fact that all the staff there are supported. The camp counselors were supported by their managers who were supported by their directors and those directors were supported by the Associate Executive Director and the Executive Director. No one was left out, we were always making sure that everyone was doing good and always checking up on each other.

What I wish was different

Personally, I really did enjoy my time there over the past 4 years and I don't really have a lot to say that things should have been different. But if I had to choose, I would not have taken 3 classes over the summer while working this job because of the time commitment. It was just too difficult, but I got it done.

Advice

Always have an open mind. Be ready and willing to change course or direction at the drop of a hat. Summer has a way of it's own and you are there to try and help the kids and the counselors have a fantastic summer so make sure you remember to have fun.
