The primary purposes of Camp Ba Yo Ca is to lead campers to accept Christ as their personal Savior, to make disciples for Jesus Christ, and to provide training and opportunities for Christian service. These are achieved by providing the best Christian teachings, atmosphere, and by giving campers the best camping experience possible.
Camp Ba Yo Ca offers a wide array of outdoor, sporting, and artistic activities taught by our qualified full-time staff and counselors. We hire more than 60 high school and college students to work with kids and campers in a variety of jobs.
We are seeking mature and responsible applicants who understand that the goal of a successful summer will be as rewarding for the campers as it will be for them.
We look for counselors, kitchen help, maintenance workers, recreational leaders and so much more.
