I had a great opportunity to be outside constantly, develop leadership skills, and work on my abilities as a leader of religious discussion.
What I wish was different
I am not adept at working with children below age 10. I worked with primarily children of that age. I also wish I had some camp experience before beginning work there.
Advice
Sometimes the best way to develop skills is to be dropped into a situation where they are needed.
