“Camp Alleghany is a wonderful place to work. I love how when I work a summer at camp, not only do I get to spend my summer making an impact on campers' lives, but I also learn so many other skills, such as leadership, communication, time management, organization, initiative, and so much more that will help me in the future. Alleghany truly values empowering young women to be leaders, no matter what career path we go into. I also love how counselors get constructive criticism, as well as how our directors and leadership team members are also open for feedback. ”
