The work environment at Cambridge Associates was challenging but encouraging. The associates I worked with were also willing to answer questions and assist with any problems I had. They set a high standard of performance, but made sure I knew how to achieve what they were looking for.
What I wish was different
At points I lacked work and felt like I wasn't helping my team(s), I wish that I had more opportunity to assist the associates I worked with.
Advice
Seek every opportunity to gain experience, you never know what might interest you or who might be the recipient of your hard work.
