I liked the opportunity to work with children in a fun environment. It helped me grow and learn many techniques both in coaching and in collaborating with coworkers.
What I wish was different
The community at CSC was not as warm and welcoming as I had hoped and I wish there were more ways the staff could connect and help one another.
Advice
There is lots of responsibility with not much assistance from the managers or shift leads. If you work hard and learn from experience it can be very rewarding but you have to be quite self sufficient.
