How easy the job was. Money is nice too. Immediate supervisors (floorpeople) were really nice.
What I wish was different
Upper management (shift managers, all but one) wasn't the best. Players can be bad, and toxic.
Advice
Job isn't hard, so long as you don't take what the players say personally, can't let them get to you. Don't worry about the calculating the payouts, and counting fast, you'll deal so many hands that you ecentually just start memorizing hand totals.

-Had fun living in Las Vegas
What I wish was different
-I lived in a hotel room on the Las Vegas strip and wish I had lived in an apartment instead. (This is a very minor complaint)
