I loved the work itself. It made use of many of my abilities, and helped me build experience in my interest areas.
What I wish was different
I would have preferred more training. It would have been nice for employer- sponsored certification in Arboriculture and herbicide application.

What I liked
It was a good work environment. Not a lot of stress and I got to learn about things related to my major.
What I wish was different
Up until recently I had been focused only on inspecting culverts but now I'm going to work on other tasks. A better variety of tasks would have been more beneficial to me as an undergraduate student, although the county did have a specific task that they needed to be accomplished over the summer.
