I really liked that I spent my summer flexing my writing muscles in a pretty laid-back environment. I only wrote 2-3 stories/week and all of them were under 800 words. The environment at C-Ville is very supportive and I loved all of my coworkers! I'd definitely intern or work with them again.

Pitch stories that are important to you! Those are the best stories to write.

The freedom and hands-on experience with the head editors. Coming into the office everyday with the team and feeling like I was making a difference in the community.
