What I liked
Since starting school at UNL, I always wanted to Intern at BVH. I started my internship in January of 2022 and since then I have had the opportunity to explore my career options as a future Architect by learning from professional architects and designers everyday. Their views about architectural drawings, design, ethics of the profession, and their architect's works are very specific which allowed me to see those things with a view of a practitioner rather than a student. I have had the chance to participate in design discussion, client meetings, as well as working on a variety of projects that will have a direct impact on the community, and exploring new technical skills that will help me inside the classroom and as I continue my internship during the school year.
