Communications Intern

What I liked

I loved the work environment. I was given the space and encouraged to bring myself to the job. The relationships I formed and have established have been so meaningful and truly special to me. The vocational conversations I had throughout the semester were so rewarding and I truly felt like I learned so much about myself and grew personally and spiritually.

What I wish was different

Due to COVID, members of the team were working remote, and it was hard at times to collaborate in one space and organize a time when everyone was available for a meeting. Personal interaction was definitely missed.

Advice

Don't be afraid to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone and develop your weaker skills. Being uncomfortable is good for you and allows for really impactful growth and development.
