They did not hover over me, which allowed me to feel independent while still learning valuable information. The Executive Director was also amazing and helped whenever I needed it. The whole staff was very helpful and welcoming.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more details for the projects I was completing.
Advice
Volunteer to get things done for the company, they really appreciate when people offer to help to get things done.
