What I liked

I like working with the co-workers, I never have any trouble with them or any other employee. Everyone seems nice. Of course, you get discounts on everything you buy and free/discounted tickets to go to Busch Gardens (and other theme parks). Working in the Photos Department is a pretty chill. It's a good job for people who have never had a job before too.

What I wish was different

I wish the communication between the supervisors and the ambassadors (us) was more efficient.

Advice

Honestly just be yourself and you will easily feel more comfortable around your co-workers, which will make work seem less of a "job". In other words, you'll have fun there!

What I liked

The work relationships with leadership and employees, every department had a responsibility and those responsibilities were taken care of, even if your area manager was unavailable there was always another manager, or even the VP, to assist in an issue.

What I wish was different

My level didn't allow me to go on leave for more than 2 weeks and I needed 6 weeks to give birth. So I was forced to quit and lose my position or go back to work a few days after delivering a child.

Advice

If you have only goals of moving up and not having a personal life than this is the place for you.

I wish the pay was a bit higher.

Advice

Working at a theme park teaches patience and how to deal with consumers. It also enhances your oral skills and observational skills.
