Community and volunteer centered and organized. The working with the youth of the community gives one fulfillment. Learning the nuances of organizing an event gives one real life insight on program directing. Networking with other organizations in the community for the common goal of community empowerment.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have taken more trips to other cities.
Advice
Network with different people from different organizations, because you never know what and when you will need it. Be patient with the students and youth, and look to learn as much as teach.
