I love to shape little children’s minds and guide them into a beautiful future as they grow. I hope they look back at their younger years of life (preschool) and enjoyed being at school.
What I wish was different
I wish some teaching styles and reinforcement would be implemented differently. I just started ABA teaching and it was tough in the beginning to h sweat and but after time and patience you grasp the idea but some of the categories are very general and I wish it would be more to the point.
Advice
Be the person you want to be. Never give up on your education and goal. If you give up where does it leave you ? You can do anything you set your heart to ! Be persistent and patient!

What I liked
I loved working with kids. They were always super excited to see me and learn new things, and I thought it was such a good way to spend my summer. I also thought it gave me really good experience for life in general because I got to see what it is like to care for small kids, and even though I was the teacher, I also learned a lot from them.
What I wish was different
The only thing I would have liked to change would be the training process. It was my first time working with kids, so a lot of what I learned was what I observed from other teachers. I think that was good in most aspects, but there were a lot of small technical things that I wish I would have been made aware of before I got into a classroom.
Advice
Even though we may be older and have more schooling, we can learn a lot from kids. They are unfiltered and have a whole different set of ideas and emotions that are so refreshing and make you think from a different perspective. That would be the biggest thing I took from my job other than finding my love of working with children.
