What I liked

I loved getting to engage with children of all ages as well as interact with their parents! As a future educator, this experience is very valuable and has given me practice with talking to children one-on-one as well as to speak in front of a small group during a relatively low-stress environment.

What I wish was different

I wish there would have been a bit more organization and communication, but there's only so much you can do when a hectic rush of vacationers comes in at the same time!

Advice

You must have a lot of patience and practice keeping your composure, especially during Pay-Your-Age and super busy vacation weeks. No matter what attitude the families give you, it's their experience and it's your job to give them the best experience possible so that they will come back again to make more bears and memories.
