My coworkers were awsome and the customers were nice to work with.

The pandemic, it really changed things, and people. If it wasn't for that I might have still been there.

Be a multitasker, there is many things to do and many people to take care of.

I wish that there would have been better communication between front of house and back of house and also between the management and staff.

What I liked
Managers were very complacent with working times. The schedule making was extremely organized. Co-workers were all nice and always willing to help.
What I wish was different
I wish co-workers were more willing to switch shifts, or there were more co-workers. Trainees were not taken proper care before ending training and most of the time had no idea what they were doing.
Advice
If you have the chance to work here, do it. It has an awesome sense of community, and every employee will make you feel welcome and like it is your second home.
