It gave me great insight into working in a manufacturing environment. I was exposed to many different aspects. The people from the company were also great.

What I liked
It was very flexible with no set schedule, and I was able to work very independently. Everyone I met was great.
What I wish was different
Project work took a while to get approved sometimes.
Advice
Focus on what you're learning, and keep your mind on the overall process when making decisions. A small change somewhere can have a large change downstream that may not be obvious at first.
