All staff was so friendly and personable.
The work was diverse and interesting.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've worked more hours and shadowed a tax preparer to learn more of the software. It was a little slow at times and I didn't get the full hours I expected due to the odd pandemic and tax circumstances.
Advice
Don't stay in your cubicle. When time allows, get to know the different staff and interns and ask questions.
