What I liked
I really enjoyed working in a start-up environment. Although I was initially brought on board as an Operations intern, I was able to vocalize my interest in the tech industry, so the CPO allowed me to have a dual-role internship as a Product Development intern as well. While I was there, I found that titles meant nothing in a start-up environment, as I was working for the Marketing team and Finance team almost every week. We had weekly team meetings with the entire company, where we recapped what each department completed, didn't complete, and what the department would work on next for the upcoming week.
