I like getting hands on experience with patients and working alongside the nurses and doctors.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to float to different departments earlier on, but I am allowed to do that now.
Advice
12-hour shifts and interacting with difficult patients are not for everyone, but if healthcare is something you are passionate about, it is all worth it in the end.
