What I liked
Brown and Caldwell has a very friendly work environment and they work with you and your schedule, it very much is your internship.
What I wish was different
There was some gaps in the training when I first started but, they were filled in fairly quickly as I got going.

What I liked
It has been mentally rigorous and I've been problem solving since day one, it is very satisfying to get the program to work and to help my team members succeed.
What I wish was different
My housing arrangements for 4 months were less than fantastic, but I now have a much better set up.
Advice
It's awesome! It is a very cerebral position and all day is spent at a desk. If you are willing to learn and work it will be great, they will help you get better fast.

What I liked
I loved what I learned and how I was out of my comfort zone.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been given material to study before the actual internship, that way I would had been better prepared.
Advice
Use time after your internship to keep building your skills.
