I liked meeting people from different countries and from different backgrounds. A lot of customers come in and have friendly conversations which is also very nice.
What I wish was different
During tourist season, it’s super busy and there can be a lot of rude customers. It can get overwhelming dealing with the customers that are rude, but in general it’s not that bad.
Advice
I would make sure that if you decide to work at broadway that you are aware it’s a tourist destination during the summer and is extremely busy.
