I loved this job. It is the second summer I've worked with them as a Scuba Instructor and I highly recommend. I love the water so living on a boat in the Caribbean was perfect. I love the people I get to meet at this job and working with students is always rewarding.
What I wish was different
The leadership working in the Caribbean is going to be changing in the next few years, so that could lead to some further disorganization.
Advice
This job definitely requires patience and an ability to go with the flow as plans tend to change.

What I liked
I liked sailing around the Caribbean for about 2 months. Scuba diving was incredible and meeting people that I'll never forget!

That I was there longer

It's difficult leaving once you're there, especially leaving all those people. Live it up while you're there
