More Cross-Departmental Exposure: Although I had exposure to various aspects of sales and marketing, having opportunities to collaborate with other departments, such as finance or operations, could have provided a more comprehensive understanding of how different functions contribute to the company's success.
Clearer Project Goals and Objectives: In some instances, project goals and objectives were not clearly defined, which occasionally made it challenging to measure success. Having well-defined project scopes and expectations would have improved project management and accountability.
