I loved that I was able to have both be in the field as well as the office. This let me see both sides of the industry and see what the job is really like.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have heard of them before, very happy with the company and opportunity I am being given.
Advice
Always try to go above and beyond and try to be both on the field and in the office as it helps you connect with more people and see what construction is like.
