Everyone is super friendly and willing to let you learn. The company will tell you a million times that "your education is our priority." If you're busy with school, its no big deal. They're beyond accommodating. Plus you will be given a project to re-engineer a part of a mill within 2 weeks of being in the plant.
What I wish was different
I wish I wouldn't be constantly on the computer, but I'm sure that will change with time.
Advice
Ask questions! Don't stress or get nervous, but ask anyone around you what you need to know. If they don't know, they will find someone who can answer your question.
