I absolutely love the office staff here. Everyone has been so welcoming since day 1. They treat everyone like family and always have an open door policy for anyone with a question, a concern or even if you just want someone to say "Hi" to. Also the owners Diana & John H. have to be some of the kindest people I have ever met. I am so thankful that I found them & I found my place
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish was different was the hiring. We are experiencing challenging times today with hiring competent staff and everyone is demanding a lot of money with or without the experience to back it up. At times this can make the job incredibly stressful especially when there are several new client cases coming in that need to be staffed and I am unable to find people to do so.
Advice
Do not let fear keep you from trying new things. I almost backed out of the job offer because I listened to people give me their own opinions and it turns out they were wrong. Its true, I had no idea what I was doing when I first arrived but no one was judgmental and they all took time out of their day to teach me out to do different aspects.
