Certified Nurse Aide
May - August 2019 • Wilmington, NC
What I liked
I loved the experience I was able to gain. I was at a variety of facilities working with a variety of people. There were a lot of responsibilities, so I was able to begin to see the importance of my job and how I impacted others.
What I wish was different
While going to different facilities was a nice experience, I wish I would have been able to stay more connected to one.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions! It will get you so much further than pretending to know what you are doing. When your job holds so many responsibilities it's more important to know you are doing the job right than to try and get by.
