BPC exposes its summer interns and first-year analysts to all parts of the investment lifecycle, with unparalleled access to upper-level management and senior-level advisors. Other growth equity and VC opportunities only give analysts and interns opportunities in sourcing, where most of the day-to-day consists of calls to external management teams. Additionally, usually others firms conduct investor committees and portfolio reviews behind closed doors. At BPC, analysts and interns are encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings, allowing analysts and interns to learn how to value a growth stage company effectively in a lively, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
