I love this job. After taking a CNA class last semester and receiving my certification, I started working here. I have gained so much valuable experience while working with a healthcare team and caring for the residents.

I would suggest to anyone who wants to enter the healthcare field to start as a CNA. You learn so many skills and encounter so many situations that are bound to make you a better provider in the future.

Advice
Go check this place out! Bridgewater is one of the best-designed retirement facilities I have ever been in before. Bridgewater is a continuum of care facility and offers various different levels of care to accommodate all types of people. It was life-changing for me! I decided to change my major and career aspirations because of my experience.
