I love the care I get to give to the elderly and how I am able to make a difference in their last chapters of life. I think it's so valueable to get to know the lives of the residents and how their perspectives on major historical events.
What I wish was different
The pandemic was really hard to navigate and work through and be able to maintain positivity throughout the summer. I wish there was either no pandemic or that it was more predictable to work through.

Make sure you're on time and ready to give care and love in this job.
