Follow-up with your employer regularly about going full-time if that is your wish. I thought that because everyone liked me that I was going to get an offer and then at the end of the internship my MD told me I didn't have one and that caught me off guard.

There wasn't a ton of deal flow, could've been busier.
Advice
I wish I would have networked more when I was there, I was too scared to talk to senior people while other interns weren't. Don't be like me.
