Friendly, cooperative environment, upper management had multiple events to mingle and share experiences with interns and analysts.

What I wish was different

More structured form of learning would have been useful, it seems that the type of work was mostly dependant on projects available at the time.

Advice

Be proactive, and ask lots of questions even if people seem busy, they are more than likely the help you.
