I liked that I was able to gain real in field experience and make connections with others who also worked for Bremik.
What I wish was different
I wish I had spent a little more time with the superintendents on my job asking questions about what things were and what their purpose was/how they worked.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask for help/advice. You are there to learn and everyone wants nothing more than to help you grow your skills/knowledge and share their own career advice.

What I liked
I loved the people and culture at Bremik. I was learning so much day to day, but I always had the support I needed to ask questions and to grow.
What I wish was different
I wish I had seen the Project Management side of construction. I was primarily on the field and never dealt with any of the budget and cost side of the project.
Advice
Be humble and understand that you are there to learn and to grow. Ask questions, it's the only way you'll learn. Own up to your mistakes and learn from them.
