What I liked

Breakout has a really fun and welcoming environment, and it isn't your typical customer service job.

What I wish was different

Our management changed during my last summer, and our new manager was never really around. He would make decisions for us without being there to see what was happening during day-to-day operations.

Advice

It's definitely a job for outgoing people. I'm an introvert and had a lot of fun, but I do really enjoy meeting new people. If large groups of people freak you out or you're not comfortable working in an environment that switches between high-intensity and low-intensity a lot, this might not be the job for you.

What I liked

I love the environment that I was a part of. My coworkers are some of the kindest, most accepting people I have ever met. I also enjoyed being able to assist guests in having a fun time while participating at Breakout.
