What I liked

I loved working with Jeff D. He was a great boss who can be informal and formal at the same time. This made for a happy work environment for the other interns and I. He also always had a project for us to work on, being kept busy was nice especially over the summer.

What I wish was different

I wish I had gotten the internship sooner because there would have been more projects that I could've worked on for the BL&D team. I also wish that I started asking to do more tasks sooner because by the time that I did my internship was close to being over.

Advice

I would share to not be afraid to ask the supervisor about different opportunities within the internship. I would of course build a REAL, not fake, relationship with them first and then start asking how certain skills or tasks you want to learn are done. Like my sister always says, "scared money, don't make more money".
