What I liked
If you are considering going into any health care profession, OT, PT, SLP or honestly something not healthcare related then this job is really going to set you apart from the crowd. Not only will it stand out on your application, but the skills that you will take away will undoubtedly help you in your future career. After recently being accepted to physical therapy school, I can go back and think of numerous times where my experiences at BBA have shaped me into a better future PT.
At BBA, they give you the training and confidence to work one on one with a wide variety of ages and developmental disabilities. The environment and culture at BBA is fun, upbeat, and very supportive. You are surrounded my motivating and like minded staff that not only want to see your student's succeed, but encourage your own personal growth as a Therapeutic Learning Coach and onwards.
Most importantly, the work at BBA is challenging, but oh so rewarding. The improvements made by my students not only changed their lives but also proved to be a meaningful experience for me, instilling a deep sense of empathy, adaptability, and passion to improve the lives of others.
