The interview process was fluid and easy, the incentive pay was great, and the workers were overall friendly and taught me a lot.
What I wish was different
The working conditions were sometimes not the greatest. Some days it would be incredibly hot in the working areas on the floor.
Advice
This was a great summer job that offered more than a good salary for an entry level position. The incentive program is great and keeps you motivated even if you are doing mindless tasks. Get to know the employees around you in order to learn each job and how it can be performed most efficiently.

What I liked
I liked how self paced it was and how easy it was to learn. I really enjoyed this experience and enjoyed working with the people there.
What I wish was different
I wish they had not switched me from job to job between the two different plants. I wish I only had to help out in the quality department and not the shipping department too.
Advice
Stand your ground on the job you applied for.

What I liked
I liked my coworkers, the company culture, and most of the work that I did.
What I wish was different
The roof was getting worked on for about the first month I was at my internship, I found it very noisy and disruptive (as I was working on the top floor of the building), but I understand that it had to be done. I also wish that I was given more tasks to do while I was there.
Advice
When you are interning, do not be afraid to ask questions, also network with your coworkers while you are there.
