I wish other lifeguards who worked were more communicative about subbing and availability when switching shifts.
Advice
I think lifeguarding is a valuable work experience because you have to learn First Aid and other emergency skills, and it gives you a chance to interact with people in a unique, fun way that's different from other work environments.
