What I liked

I really liked how support at Bozzuto was felt at every step of the intern program. The people at Bozzuto give a larger company the environment of a small family. As an Intern with Bozzuto, you will never feel unsupported or unimportant. Everyone is interested in your story and your future success!

What I wish was different

Honestly, there is nothing that I wish was different.

Advice

Take every opportunity to network and get to know your team better! The team at Bozzuto is full of great people who want to see you succeed. If you put your all into the experience, then you are sure to have an amazing summer.

What I liked

They paid for your flights and hotel to visit their headquarters in Maryland at both the beginning and end of the internship. I also gained lots of hands-on experience and learned skills that are transferrable to any future job position. I built relationships with so many employees, the employees and culture are amazing.

That there was more experience working with marketing

What I liked

Bozzuto is a great company that truly cares about you. They also fly you to the headquarters in Maryland two times, where you get to speak with senior leadership and learn so much! The internship role mirrors the role of an entry level positions, and you get your own commission as well!

What I wish was different

I wish there were more marketing projects involved.

Advice

Be a sponge, and soak up as much as your can! You really gain valuable skills during this internship that you can apply to many future jobs.

Keep an open mind and ask questions. On slow days don’t be afraid to ask for work to do and be as involved as possible!
