I liked Bozell's creative environment and small company feel. In a city of Union Pacifics, it is nice to find a little pocket of creativity.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have gotten paid more. $10 an hour at 30 hrs per week was pretty low for the hard work I was putting in. It was hard to pay my rent and expenses without dipping into my savings.
Advice
Take people to coffee! The advertising industry in Omaha is a very complex network and everyone knows everyone. It is really easy to make connections via Bozell.
