Working for the Boys and Girls Club as a Summer YDC is a very great opportunity if you would like experience working with underrepresented youth. You'll be used to watch over any possible age range ( K-12th grade).

Advice
Working for the BGCSF during the summer could be intensive if you never worked with youth since the number of members are so high. However, the hours worked are great because it's full time work and the staff and member connections can be positive.
