I really enjoyed developing a survey and getting the results to implement a plan or program to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
What I wish was different
The internship was virtual and I wish I had the chance to go into the organization for a traditional experience.

If you are a person who loves assessments and has an interest in human resources or consulting this is the perfect internship for you!
