It is a very fun job that allows me to work with young scouts. I got to be a program director this year allowing me to supervise a bit more and train other staff on how to be good instructors.
What I wish was different
It can be long hours and lots of work.
Advice
It is one of the most important experiences of my life. It has changed me and has really improved my teaching ability, my people skills, my work ethic, and I’ve made some of my closest friends at this job. I’d recommend it to anyone.
