Working with kids is a great experience, especially when you have the opportunity to teach them a useful skill, which also reinforces your knowledge of it. Being a member of a team has taught me so much about leadership, time management, prioritization, adaptability, professionalism, relationship management, and service that the experience has been invaluable. Also, working in a beautiful spot in the country is always a plus.
